How (and When) to order

Once you have registered, using your e-mail address and password, you will be able to access the section of the site dedicated to your school for the purchase of school uniforms.

Each product on the site is characterized by 3 complementary aspects:

- GRADE, which indicates for which Grade that item is expected. The school has selected a specific uniform for each Grade, so the products are not necessarily provided for every Grades.

- VESTIBILITY, to indicate that the product has some characteristics (for example, some pants for younger children include elastic waistband, the clothes of smaller girls have closures more comfortable for them, ...) and a fit designed specifically for the indicated age range. You may therefore find 2 or even 3 different fits for the same product. We have studied different fits to offer you products with a better fit for different age groups.

- SIZE, declined over the years for children / young people and with the standard sizes (from XS to XL or XXL) for the fit as an adult.

You can navigate by selecting, for example, the grade you are interested in or the type of product you want.

The filters will help you to focus the available options on your purchasing needs. By selecting the Grade filter, for example, you will only be shown the items that are intended for that Grade.

Choose the product you want, make sure it's for the Grade you're shopping for and select the size that's right for your child. If the sizes are not suitable for your needs you have to go back and look for the same product with a different fit. If you have any doubts about the sizes use the guide available in each product sheet.

Place the selected product in your shopping cart.

Once the selection of products is complete, go to your cart and complete the order by making the payment.

Attention: an order will be considered valid and not likely to be canceled, if you make the payment as soon as possible, in any case within the Order Period.

Once the order has been completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you have used bank transfer as the payment method, as soon as it is possible to verify the payment, you will be sent an e-mail of Payment Confirmation, which confirms the conclusion of the order.

Remember that you can monitor the status of your order at any time in the specific section of your profile.

Orders can be placed in the following periods of the year:

 i) from 6th June 2019 to 15th July 2019 ("Launch Order Period");
ii) between August 1st and October 15th of each year;
iii) between November 1st and June 30th of each year.

The website will be closed to orders from 27th June 2019 to 31th July 2019, and from 1st July to 31th July and from 16th October to 30th October of each year.
