If you wish to change a newly purchased product, simply return the product and get a refund, and place a new order, on our website, containing the new product you want.




Right of Withdrawal by Law

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.


Return Request Modality

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you simply have to inform Hej-boo Customer Service of your decision, sending an explicit statement to the e-mail address of your decision to withdraw, indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.


To comply with the withdrawal period, simply send the request before the expiration of the withdrawal period.


After sending the communication to Customer Service, you will be contacted by the courier to arrange the collection of products to be returned.


If you withdraw, you will be refunded the products you have returned as long as the return of the products takes place without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when the Customer Service of Hej-boo receives your decision to withdraw. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you request a refund on another means of payment. In this case, you will be responsible for any additional costs arising from the different means of payment of your choice. The refund will be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.


Conventional right of withdrawal

In addition to the right of withdrawal by law as an additional service offered to our customers, Hej-boo grants you an additional period of 16 days for the exercise of the conventional right of withdrawal.


The customer can then exercise the right of conventional withdrawal from the 15th day after receipt of the Products until the 30th day after receipt of the Products.


The right of conventional withdrawal may be exercised by the Customer by activating the return procedure described in the paragraph "Return Request Methods".


Return for Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items - Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In case of defects and/or non-conformities, you will have the right to the restoration of the conformity of the product, through repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. If you have received a damaged, non-conforming, defective or incorrect product, you may request repair or replacement or reimbursement of the article within and no later than 2 (two) months of discovery.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects in conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery.


To request a refund or replacement, please contact our Customer Service at, indicating the order number, the product you would like to return or replace, indicating the damage or defect found and enclosing photographic evidence of the problem.


We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item or its replacement only after having carried out the appropriate quality controls, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product. In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will refund with the same method of payment used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc..) or by bank transfer or, alternatively, sent the replacement product.


Returns Costs

Returns made using the collection service provided in the return procedure are free of charge. Any other method of returning the products will be at the sole expense of the customer.
